I don't know what he meant by this, but this is incorrect. Please see upadated post.
"Until Oct. 5, residents, property owners and business owners, along with their adjustors, will be allowed down the peninsula from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., said Galveston County Commissioner Pat Doyle. Everyone will need to leave by 4 p.m."
